Which CRM systems do you work with?
Reapit, Alto, Dezrez, Street, and Jupix. If you're on a different system, get in touch — we'll assess API access on the discovery call and tell you what's feasible.
What exactly happens if agents aren't working by Week 4?
We stop the project and refund your £8,500 in full. No partial refunds, no "we just need a bit more time," no negotiation. The Week 4 checkpoint is a hard commitment — if we can't demonstrate working agents in your live CRM, you don't pay.
Do we need to clean up our CRM data first?
Not necessarily. The four foundation agents work with CRM data as-is for most agencies. If your data quality is severely degraded, we'll tell you on the discovery call — and what it would take to get ready. We won't take your money for a project that's set up to fail.
How much of our team's time does this require?
During the Sprint: a few hours for the technical onboarding call and a mid-point check-in. At Week 6: a 2-hour training session for your team. After that, agents run autonomously — your team reviews outputs, they don't manage the system.
Do we own the agents after the sprint?
Yes. Full ownership — all code, all prompts, all documentation. If you choose not to continue with the retainer, your team can manage the agents independently. We design the handover so you're never dependent on us.
What's the difference between this and the Data Strategy (L1)?
L1 (Data Strategy) builds the clean data foundation — unified reporting, connected branch data, governance. L2 (AI Infrastructure, this page) deploys AI agents on top of your existing CRM. Most agencies can start with L2 immediately. L1 improves the quality of AI outputs over time as the data foundation matures. We'll advise you on the right starting point on the discovery call.
